Choo Choo!!

This past weekend we took a trip up to Duluth to attend "A Day Out With Thomas." Our little girl loves Thomas the train so she was excited to go on a 25 minute ride with him.  We stayed at Edgewater Resort and Waterpark for 2 nights. This was our first true family vacation just the 3 of us and we loved each minute of it.

Some fun things we did:

• Went to the water park in our hotel 2 times
• Walked in Canal Park and Fed the birds
• Ate breakfast at the big complimentary buffet at our hotel
• Went to movie night at the hotel
• Ate at Grandma's Sport Bar---Pizza Buffet
• Stopped at a fun candy shop for Carmel Apples and Suckers
• Had a picnic in our hotel with Jimmy John's while watching the Olympics
• Went to the park at the hotel
• Rode on Thomas the Blue Engine
• Played with trains
• Enjoyed each other!

We were so thankful my mom watched the dogs for us and we came home to flowers and a beautifully cleaned house---Thanks Mom!!!
