WOO HOO! I got on the scale today and I was down another 2 pounds for a total of 5 pounds of weight loss!
This week I only drank water instead of diet pop and still of course watched my portions and seems it paid off! Ben and I even went out to dinner a couple times but I made sure I never went over my portions and stayed within the points allowed.
I really do love weight watchers for the fact you can still eat what you you want within reason and still diet.
The thing I most had an issue with is portion control and sweets/pop. I am not drinking pop and not having sweets and I think it is really helping me to have a healthier life style.
I have appreciated all the support from my mom, cousins and sister in law. Its amazing what having other doing the same thing around you can do for a great weight loss.
Looking to the week ahead: We are really getting excited in the Paxson household to be celebrating our sweet girls first birthday next week...and Ben is off for a week!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome Katie. Way to go! I did weight watchers after I had Hans and really liked it! I did it with my mom and we had a great time encouraging each other. Happy (soon to be) birthday Addison!
